What you will do

• Manage and develop existing customer relationships to maximize contract retention.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and prospecting for new business.
• Conduct customer review meetings and provide tailored consultative solutions.
• Perform water treatment monitoring, including bacteria sampling, cooling tower, and boiler analysis.
• Commission and support water treatment equipment such as softeners, RO systems, and UV systems.
• Maintain accurate service reports and customer documentation.

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong account management and consultative selling skills.
• Full driving licence required for field-based work.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in water treatment, water hygiene, or industrial services.
• Technical field service or laboratory analysis background.
• Qualification in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Chemistry.
