BIM Modeler

TL;DR

BIM Modeler (Engineering): Creating and maintaining Revit models for architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural disciplines with an accent on compliance with BIM standards and project deliverables. Focus on supporting BIM Coordinators, managing project templates, and ensuring high-quality model output for design and construction stages.

Location: Must be based in Pelzer, SC, United States. This is an onsite position.

What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain Revit models for various engineering disciplines.
• Ensure all models comply with company BIM standards and naming conventions.
• Prepare model deliverables for design, construction, and handover project stages.
• Support the setup and maintenance of project templates and shared parameters.
• Contribute to BIM content creation including families and annotations.
• Participate in coordination meetings and implement feedback into models.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Technical high school diploma or BS in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, structural, or architecture).
• English proficiency: C1 level required.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
