What you will do

• Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and provide administrative support for multi-discipline projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks.
• Lead clash management activities, including assigning clashes, reporting detection, and supporting 3D coordination meetings.
• Develop discipline models and generate essential project outputs such as drawings, schedules, and renders.
• Manage the migration of legacy 2D files to 3D models and the transition to BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Collaborate with design engineers and BIM teams across multiple locations to resolve coordination issues.
• Facilitate internal training and onboarding for project participants regarding BIM tools and technologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Revit administration and setup.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, and NavisWorks.
• Experience with P&IDs and piping applications such as Plant 3D or CADWorx.
• Proven track record of leading BIM and 3D coordination in multi-discipline team environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Experience with Dynamo.
• Familiarity with other BIM software packages.
