TL;DR
BIM Administrator / Model Manager (Revit): Managing BIM project setup, discipline models, and federated deliverables for pharmaceutical, biologics, and cell and gene therapy facilities with an accent on Revit administration, multi-discipline coordination, and model quality. Focus on clash management, 2D-to-3D migration, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows, and coordinating project outputs across multiple offices.
Location: Hybrid role based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, supporting the Philadelphia area team

What you will do
- Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans and set up BIM environments for multidisciplinary projects.
- Administer and support projects using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Create drawings, schedules, renders, discipline models, templates, and other project deliverables.
- Support clash management, model federation, 3D coordination meetings, and coordination issue resolution.
- Manage the timely delivery, quality assurance, auditing, and migration of drawings and models, including transitions from 2D to 3D.
- Support BIM training, participant onboarding, technology evaluations, and implementation of new 3D tools.
Requirements
- At least five years of administration and setup experience with Revit.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Navisworks.
- Experience with P&IDs, piping applications, CADWorx, and Plant 3D.
- Experience leading BIM and 3D coordination in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication, time management, organization, and deadline management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; experience training others and continuing professional development in BIM software and processes is expected.
