What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations, including contract setup, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Design and implement scalable billing processes and policies with robust internal controls.
• Manage the SOX control framework for billing operations to ensure audit readiness.
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Legal, IT, and Product teams to support new monetization models.
• Leverage AI and automation tools within Zuora and Salesforce to reduce manual intervention.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global billing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Billing Operations, OTC, or Revenue Operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in a people management role.
• Deep expertise in global billing operations and multi-currency environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Zuora Billing and working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Demonstrated experience owning SOX controls in a public company environment.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company.
