Senior Director, Global Order To Cash

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Order to Cash process design and execution across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing, collections, credit management, and cash application activities.
• Oversee control mechanisms for revenue cutoffs, intercompany settlements, and Due To / Due From reconciliations.
• Define and monitor performance metrics including DSO, aging, and billing accuracy to drive operational improvements.
• Manage internal teams and outsourced service providers to ensure consistent service delivery and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, IT, and Finance to support post-spin transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 10+ years of experience leading Order to Cash functions in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Deep knowledge of global controls, regulatory compliance, and revenue recognition policies.
• Proven experience managing internal teams and third-party BPO or shared service providers.
• Strong systems experience with ERP, billing, and CRM platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced professional credential.
• Experience in media, entertainment, or digital subscription revenue models.
• Familiarity with Commercial Service Agreements (CSA) and Transition Service Agreements (TSA).
• Experience leveraging AI-based reconciliation tools and workflow automation.
