Maintenance Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Direct and lead daily maintenance and sanitation team functions.
• Oversee maintenance of automated equipment including conveyors, cranes, cooling systems, and fire protection.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance tasks to minimize operational disruption.
• Manage maintenance workflows using Fiix CMMS software.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and supplier guidelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to facilitate team training and development.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of maintenance experience.
• 1-2 years of team lead or supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and repair for automated machinery.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems.
• Experience with PLCs such as Allen Bradley or Siemens.
• CV must be submitted in English.
