What you will do

• Coordinate wafer manufacturing activities and ensure capacity alignment for STP and LTP volumes.
• Drive BBSC metrics for third-party foundries, focusing on delivery, throughput, yield, and quality.
• Manage process change requests and lead root cause analysis for customer complaints and yield excursions.
• Oversee new product transfers, process qualification, and volume ramp-up in external foundries.
• Act as the primary technical interface between NXP and external foundry partners.
• Chair process gate meetings and report progress to internal stakeholders and steering committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Material Science, or Electronics.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a semiconductor fab environment, specifically in Process Integration or Yield Engineering.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of statistical tools such as KLA ACE XP, JMP, or SPS.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Deep understanding of SPC and semiconductor device physics.
