Senior Process Integration Engineer (CMOS/eNVM)

What you will do

• Develop differentiated advanced CMOS and eNVM technologies from proof-of-concept through qualification and production release.
• Integrate new processes and create process flows, test structures, electrical test specifications, and inline specifications.
• Characterize and qualify integrated processes against electrical, mechanical, thermal, reliability, and customer requirements.
• Develop process-control and inspection methods to support defect-free manufacturing.
• Analyze process, yield, quality, electrical-test, and reliability data to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with process module, device, reliability, product engineering, and fab operations teams to resolve development issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in process integration or device engineering.
• Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration.
• Ability to support technology development, qualification, transfer, and manufacturing release activities.
• Commitment to Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
