Principal Engineer Product Development (Embedded Flash)

What you will do

• Drive embedded Flash/ETOX process integration, technology development, prototyping, and qualification.
• Set up process flows, design rules, generation rules, bias tables, and electrical test specifications.
• Lead unit-module process development and optimization from tapeout through lot execution.
• Perform device characterization, electrical test and inline analysis, and yield enhancement.
• Improve Flash retention and endurance performance and resolve yield failure mechanisms.
• Lead the Flash technology development team and collaborate with IP partners and customers on process, product, and technology discussions.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of NVM devices, process integration, and test methodology.
• Proficiency in electrical test data and inline analysis, with basic knowledge of failure-analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JMP or similar statistical tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, inclusive, and cross-functional environment.
