Sr Engineer, Process Engineering (Lithography)

Location: Singapore; weekend swing shifts and overtime may be required

What you will do

• Start up and qualify new lithography processes and equipment within scheduled timelines.
• Work with equipment engineering on equipment acceptance and daily manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot process issues and lead projects improving yield, quality, cost, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Analyze SPC, SEC, split-lot, DOE, sort-yield, and other process data using JMP and in-house systems.
• Coordinate PCRB qualification plans, corrective actions, specification updates, and project reporting.
• Collaborate with Process Integration and Yield Enhancement teams while maintaining EHSS compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics, or another relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
• At least 3–4 years of lithography experience in a 200mm or 300mm fab is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with people from different cultures.
• Willingness to work weekend swing shifts, including Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat schedules, and support overtime according to business needs.
• Strong ownership, accountability, self-motivation, attention to detail, discipline, and collaboration.
