What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients onto various firm platforms.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot operational and configuration issues for Prime Services clients.
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Expectations (SLA) and proactively escalate potential roadblocks.
• Maintain a strong risk and control mindset while following established operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK.

• Proven client-facing experience, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
