What you will do

• Design and maintain efficient risk reporting processes ensuring they satisfy Group requirements.
• Analyze risk data to produce insightful reporting and business intelligence for senior stakeholders.
• Produce Combined Assurance Plan (CAP) papers and embed the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
• Collaborate with Group Risk to ensure the Risk Taxonomy remains fit for purpose.
• Manage the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Committee, including governance, minutes, and effectiveness reviews.
• Support the Group Risk Culture agenda and associated updates.

Requirements

• Experience in risk reporting and risk data management.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both first and second lines of defence.
• Experience designing and delivering strategic risk initiatives and risk change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK.
