What you will do

• Lead managers and senior operational experts across multiple European markets.
• Own operational delivery for capital calls, distributions, treasury operations, and investor support.
• Drive operational excellence across quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to automate manual work and influence product direction.
• Coach experienced professionals through complex operational, legal, and fund-specific challenges.
• Hire, develop, and retain exceptional operational talent to support international growth.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience within fund administration, private equity, venture capital, or complex financial operations.
• Experience leading managers and building high-performing organizations across multiple teams.
• Strong expertise in fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, and treasury processes.
• Systems mindset with a natural focus on automation, process design, and scalable operating models.
• Ability to collaborate with technical Product and Engineering teams to improve operational tooling.
• Strong commercial judgement and excellent stakeholder management skills.
