What you will do

• Analyze the full revenue funnel to identify and fix pipeline leaks, conversion gaps, and attribution blind spots.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows for lead qualification, outbound sequencing, and pipeline acceleration.
• Build and maintain the attribution models and data pipelines that make the demand engine measurable.
• Serve as the connective layer across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Campaign Management to drive systemic alignment.
• Define the instrumentation framework to ensure marketing data remains clean, trustworthy, and actionable.
• Translate complex GTM requirements into scoped, maintainable systems using low-code tools and API integrations.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or GTM systems.
• Proven track record of improving measurable pipeline outcomes through systems-thinking.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into real-world GTM workflows.
• Deep data literacy with the ability to build attribution models and diagnose full-funnel performance.
• Fluent in the modern demand stack including ABM platforms, marketing automation, and CRM.
• Strong cross-functional operator capable of driving change through influence.
