What you will do

• Create and manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns including content, digital ads, and virtual events.
• Partner with regional Field Marketing Managers and Sales to align on account-specific engagement strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on account behavior and business data.
• Build and scale personalization programs while managing the experimentation feedback loop.
• Deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams to drive strategy and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and enterprise account motions.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and partnering with sales to implement ABM strategies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, and Looker.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to strategy optimization.
• Excellent English language skills required.
