What you will do

• Manage end-to-end licensing processes, including applications and renewals, to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.
• Handle financial operations by reconciling invoices, issuing credit memos, and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Develop and enhance KPI dashboards and performance reports to monitor trends and identify performance gaps.
• Act as the primary liaison for state regulatory agencies and internal/external communications.
• Collect and analyze data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in El Paso, TX
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or administrative roles.
• 2-5 years of experience in KPI reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
• Experience with reporting or BI tools for data visualization.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, data warehouses, or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of operational or supply chain metrics.
• Experience building automated dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Familiarity with KPI frameworks and performance management best practices.
