Global HR Business Partner

TL;DR

Global HR Business Partner (HRBP): Partnering with the Commercial Aircraft Group (CAG) leadership team to develop and implement global HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and business performance with an accent on organizational development, talent management, and change management. Focus on building talent pipelines, managing people metrics with data integrity, and leading global HR initiatives that support corporate objectives.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver a global HR strategy for the CAG business, enabling performance and supporting overall business objectives.
• Advise leadership on organizational development, organizational design, and change management to improve organization effectiveness.
• Own and roll out talent management processes including talent identification (talent matrix/profile), performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead people-management best practices as a coach and role model, reinforcing hirify.global culture and philosophy.
• Manage employee metrics and ensure data integrity standards are upheld.
• Coordinate and deliver “business as usual” HR activities and lead or participate in global HR or business-unit projects.

Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Communication, or a relevant field.
• Typically around 7 years of HR or relevant experience, ideally in a matrix environment.
• Proven experience advising and influencing management on both business and people decisions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and demonstrate influencing and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and advise on complex organizational issues and people strategy in a matrix environment.

Salary: $125,000.00–$150,000.00 annually
