Global HR Business Partner (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with Commercial Aircraft Group leadership to support global business strategy and performance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies focused on employee engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
• Lead organizational development, organizational design, change management, and organization effectiveness initiatives.
• Own talent identification, performance management, succession planning, talent pipelines, and workforce metrics.
• Advise leaders on complex organizational and people-related issues while representing HR in business-wide projects.
• Collaborate with HR functions to improve policies, processes, and global initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 7 years of HR or relevant experience, ideally in a matrix organization.
• Experience advising and influencing management on business and people decisions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and advise on complex organizational issues and people strategy.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, New York.
