What you will do

• Achieve new business revenue goals within the assigned European territory.
• Win new corporate accounts through end-to-end deal lifecycle management.

• Analyze market potential and collaborate on competitive sales strategies.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 days monthly in-office presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in New Business SaaS Sales, preferably in enterprise FinTech or Treasury Management Systems.
• Demonstrated success in navigating large accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
• Proven ability to execute pipeline generation at scale, maintaining a 4x pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of top performance.
• Must be based in Europe and able to work from the office at least 10 days per month.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
