TL;DR

Business Development Executive (Fintech): Driving commercial growth for Allstar Business Solutions by prospecting and onboarding new clients for EV charging solutions with an accent on B2B sales and pipeline management. Focus on converting medium to large fleets via telesales and consultative selling to facilitate the transition to electric vehicles.

Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. Initially onsite 5 days per week, moving to hybrid after training.

What you will do

  • Prospect, sell, and onboard new business partners to grow Allstar's commercial presence.
  • Help medium to large fleets transition to EV by providing tailored charging solutions.
  • Conduct approximately 90% of sales activities via telephone and Zoom, with 10% face-to-face interaction.
  • Perform detailed commercial reviews of the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provide professional consulting to ensure clients receive the most effective solutions for their specific needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Knaresborough office.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.

  • Experience in SaaS sales.
