What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for logistics and distribution categories aligned with global business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full RFP process, including requirements definition, negotiations, and contract documentation.
• Optimize total direct and indirect costs through effective cost-saving initiatives and supplier volume aggregation.
• Manage Quarterly Business Reviews for top logistics providers to ensure performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with trade compliance functions to ensure adherence to international trade laws and internal policies.
• Implement process improvements and provide training to enhance procurement team capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement, specifically within Logistics, Transportation, Marketing, or Technology categories.
• Relevant degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing complex contract negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
