Location: Must be based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig, Philippines. Work arrangement is Hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday onsite) with a US Business Hours shift.

What you will do

• Lead the scoping, planning, and cost estimation of Professional Services engagements.
• Produce accurate and complete Statements of Work (SOWs) for enterprise clients.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders and resolve pre-deployment deliverables.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts of Professional Services bookings.
• Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hirify.global services, solutions, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a Professional Services, consulting, or engagement scoping role.
• Proven track record of creating SOWs for enterprise clients.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to develop proposals and value propositions.
• Background in telecommunications delivery services or project management is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of VoIP, Mobile, and Video technologies.
• Ability to work US Business Hours and commute to BGC, Taguig for hybrid work.
