Salary: $71,000 – $98,000

What you will do

• Lead project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM kickoff sessions.
• Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and archival processes.
• Review models and deliverables for compliance with established documentation standards.
• Run clash detection reports and resolve coordination issues within the design team.
• Standardize workflows and practices across different offices and project teams.
• Provide technical training and support for Virtual Design software and tools.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time in an office environment in NC or VA.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM or Virtual Design.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, specifically regarding project setup and model management.
• Ability to troubleshoot design software issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Professionalism and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Knowledge of design techniques and tools for technical plan production.
