What you will do

• Own and deliver global revenue targets for Oracle Support, AMS, and Consulting services.
• Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and market share.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of sales and business development professionals.
• Partner with regional GMs, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Oversee global renewals performance to maintain high client retention rates.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and performance tracking aligned with the company operating plan.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 20+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on Oracle services.
• Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar global revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Support, AMS, and Consulting business models.
• Experience managing global teams and driving cross-regional alignment.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
