What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of IES, including core accounting, payroll, and payments functionalities.
- Consult with customers to assess business needs and tailor system configurations.
- Manage multiple complex customer implementations simultaneously to ensure timely adoption.
- Provide expert training to clients on IES features, reporting, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal product and support teams to resolve complex onboarding challenges.
- Capture and relay customer feedback to drive continuous platform improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (California, excluding Bay Area).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or an active Tax Credential (CPA/Enrolled Agent).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting, specifically with financial software.
- At least 3 years of direct experience working with multi-entity accounting.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Enterprise Suite (IES).
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Nice to have
- QuickBooks certification.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop.
