What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of IES, including core accounting, payroll, and payments functionalities.
• Consult with customers to assess business needs and tailor system configurations.
• Manage multiple complex customer implementations simultaneously to ensure timely adoption.
• Provide expert training to clients on IES features, reporting, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal product and support teams to resolve complex onboarding challenges.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to drive continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (California, excluding Bay Area).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or an active Tax Credential (CPA/Enrolled Agent).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting, specifically with financial software.
• At least 3 years of direct experience working with multi-entity accounting.
• Advanced hands-on experience with hirify.global Enterprise Suite (IES).
• Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• QuickBooks certification.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop.
