What you will do

• Provide strategic consulting expertise for TA/HR projects and SI partners.
• Execute client engagements following established delivery methodologies and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, including communications, testing, and training.
• Perform functional process and design support to define current and future states of people, process, and technology.
• Gather and assess business requirements and pain points to facilitate best practice recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Wauwatosa, WI.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing talent acquisition implementations.
• Minimum 2 years of project management and consulting experience.
• Experience implementing and optimizing end-to-end TA/HR functions (sourcing, recruiting, analytics).
• Required experience with SmartRecruiters.

Nice to have

• Experience with Paradox, Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet.
