What you will do

• Provide client-facing implementation consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions.
• Deliver high-quality execution and maintain client satisfaction across all engagements.
• Execute change management strategies, including communications, testing, and training programs.
• Conduct functional process and design support to assess business requirements, pain points, and gaps.
• Collaborate with peers to apply talent acquisition strategies for organizations with diverse needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters implementation.
• At least 2 years of general consulting experience.
• Experience supporting the full project life cycle following established technology implementation methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Experience with other recruitment systems such as Paradox, Workday, Greenhouse, or Oracle.
