What you will do

• Lead software implementations for Global 1000 customers, serving as a strategic advisor and product expert.
• Analyze unique business challenges to tailor visibility workflows and ensure customers derive maximum platform value.
• Coordinate internal technical leads and external stakeholders across multiple time zones to manage complex enterprise projects.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, manage milestones, and handle scope changes to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align the product roadmap with customer operational goals.
• Facilitate stakeholder training, executive reviews, and regular progress meetings to drive platform adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, engineering, or a quantitative discipline with a GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Exposure to enterprise software, business processes, or supply chain/logistics via coursework or internships.
• Able and willing to travel to customer sites 30% or more.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business documentation.
• Proficiency with CRMs, project management platforms, and a genuine interest in how AI is changing implementation workflows.
