Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead civil and site development projects from scoping through completion, managing quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Deliver or oversee stormwater management calculations and erosion and sediment control design.
• Support site grading, utilities, roadway and linear infrastructure, and land development projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
• Review designs and support construction administration, including document review, change management, and onsite coordination.
• Contribute to proposal development and business support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience managing civil or site development projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater and site civil design.
• Experience with Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HY-8, or Hydraflow.
• Experience supporting permitting and writing technical reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; a PE license is preferred.
