Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Location: Erie, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: Starting at $130,000 per year; final compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.

What you will do

• Lead civil and site development projects from scoping through completion, managing quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Deliver or oversee stormwater management calculations, erosion and sediment control design, and regulatory coordination.
• Support site grading, utility, roadway, linear infrastructure, and land development projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, project communications, and client updates.
• Review designs and support construction administration, including document review, change management, and onsite coordination.
• Contribute to proposal development and business support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience managing civil or site development projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater and site civil design.
• Experience with permitting support and technical report writing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HY-8, or Hydraflow.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
