What you will do
- Support the Civil Group Leader with design and project management.
- Plan and design land development, site development, and municipal projects.
- Develop site layouts, detailed grading plans, entrance layouts, and access designs.
- Design stormwater management systems and erosion and sediment control plans.
- Prepare construction plans, agency review documents, and land development permit applications.
- Coordinate with municipal officials, engineers, developers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and clients.
Requirements
- BS degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Seven or more years of experience in land development civil-site engineering.
- Professional Engineer license in Tennessee preferred.
- Experience with project management and leading engineers and designers preferred.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software and ArcGIS.
