What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of project proposals, translating client needs and architect input into structured engagements.
• Partner with solutions architects and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and boundaries.
• Develop and improve service delivery kits, including reusable templates, estimation models, and SOW frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical builders to implement workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n) in the pre-sales stage.
• Streamline shared workflows and handoffs between the Partnerships team and the delivery pipeline.
• Analyze scoping accuracy and engagement outcomes to refine estimation models and profitability.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, pre-sales, or engagement management within AI/data or tech sectors.
• Proven track record of writing professional proposals, SOWs, and scoping documents.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical language when partnering with architects and engineers.
• Proficiency with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Asana).
• English: C1 level (professional fluency) with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Based in Colombia.
