What you will do

• Lead complex fleet projects focusing on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full DOT regulatory compliance adhering to local, state, and federal requirements.
• Develop and manage fuel programs, negotiating discounts and maximizing compliance with company policy.
• Design and implement a Fleet Dashboard to summarize business performance and financial impact.
• Collaborate with Fleet Management Company partners to measure and report Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage annual fleet budgeting, month-end close activities, and SOX controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in end-to-end fleet operations and DOT regulatory compliance.
• 5+ years of experience in project management with an emphasis on business analytics and continuous improvement.
• Technical expertise in fleet and asset management with advanced analytical skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Must be eligible for hire in select U.S. locations.

Nice to have

• CAFM certification.
• Working knowledge of Fleet Management Software.
