What you will do

• Manage global fleet operations for 9,000+ vehicles, focusing on administration, logistics, and GPS tracking.
• Oversee the vehicle lifecycle, including maintenance, repairs, and replacement planning to ensure reliability and safety.
• Optimize fleet spend in North America through policy compliance and fuel cost reduction.
• Monitor performance using KPIs to maximize ROI and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation for operational and financial requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fleet Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Fleet Management or vehicle operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle leasing practices, lease structures, and residual value management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
