What you will do

• Manage the full cradle-to-grave contract lifecycle, including RFP analysis, proposal development, and execution.
• Ensure overall contract compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and federal government requirements.
• Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities, providing expert guidance to internal teams.
• Review complex contract actions to identify risks and develop tactical plans to seize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Client Success, and HR teams to solve complex administration challenges.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts, maintaining accurate data across internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience managing various contract and solicitation types.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines and experience supporting Federal clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
