Contracts Manager (Federal Contracting)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Chantilly, VA or Fairfax, VA

Salary: $56,000–$72,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee compliance and administration for assigned government contracts from award through completion.
• Lead proposal and award activities, including RFP analysis, proposal development, contract reviews, and negotiations.
• Review complex contract actions and develop plans to address risks and capture opportunities.
• Coordinate with business development, client success, human resources, procurement, program management, and customers.
• Act as the contracts subject matter expert and resolve complex contractual issues.
• Maintain contract data, monitor updates, resolve document discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience managing different contract and solicitation types.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting federal clients.
• Knowledge of federal contracting guidelines and contract compliance requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
