What you will do

• Scale and innovate legal processes by identifying and implementing AI-powered automation improvements.
• Drive the CLM strategy and roadmap, including configuring AI capabilities for drafting, clause extraction, and risk scoring.
• Define and maintain the Legal Department’s AI vision, maturity model, and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate and manage the legal AI vendor landscape, including generative and agentic AI tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders to align legal initiatives with enterprise technology standards.
• Track AI economics, including ROI metrics and cost-benefit analyses to communicate impact to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in project management and driving legal technology projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven solutions within a legal function.
• Deep familiarity with the legal AI vendor landscape and AI governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of core legal workflows including CLM, matter intake, and e-billing.
• Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship
