What you will do

• Lead electrical design for Battery Energy System Storage (BESS) facilities.
• Manage electrical engineering staff on diverse projects within design services and EPC programs.
• Oversee electrical design quality, project budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare complex engineering calculations and deliverables for large-scale projects.
• Build and maintain professional business relationships with clients to align design with their drivers.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for junior professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Electrical Professional Engineer’s (PE) license in a US jurisdiction.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary and client teams.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Consulting experience, specifically with BESS.
• EPC execution experience.
