What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration and testing of rack-scale electrical systems including AC/DC power and UPS.
• Define and optimize power architectures, capacity planning, and redundancy strategies.
• Design and validate electrical components such as PDUs, bus bars, and power routing solutions.
• Perform electrical failure analysis, FMEA, and root cause investigations.
• Establish electrical design standards and mentor engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to align designs with industry standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering required.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical systems integration with 3+ years in rack-scale power design.
• Proficiency with electrical design tools like AutoCAD, Ansys, or PSpice.
• Experience with server hardware standards such as OCP/ORV3 and 48V DC busbar systems.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to manage complex engineering programs.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
