What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and solution development for data center energy infrastructure from concept to execution.
• Architect scalable system solutions aligned with customer requirements and product roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, utilities, regulators, and EPCs to resolve risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Modeling, and Product to ensure successful delivery.
• Define control philosophies and sequences of operation for BESS and hybrid plant configurations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to shape market entry strategy and inform investment decisions.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 10-15 years of electrical experience in energy storage, power generation, or related infrastructure fields.
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven track record closing complex, multimillion-dollar B2B transactions with sophisticated counterparties.
• Deep understanding of data center power requirements, medium-voltage distribution, and interconnection.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Experience with PSCAD modeling and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Deep knowledge of utility market design and grid services.
