What you will do

• Operate, inspect, and maintain multiple machines (Screw, Rotary, Davenport) to meet 80% productivity targets.
• Perform complex gauging, calculate stackups, and set up thread rolls, mill cutters, and roller supports.
• Execute changeovers and attachment settings for complex part families.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, including resetting stops and changing rollers.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve machine issues independently.
• Manage work center schedules and maintain accurate production attainment reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and maintaining automatic machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and positional tolerances.
• Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate angles and stackups.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must become lock-out tag-out certified within 1 year.
