Salary: $47,800–$49,900

What you will do

• Set up and operate manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Select appropriate tooling and perform machine setups for precision parts.
• Machine both ferrous and non-ferrous materials to exact tolerances.
• Maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production quality and timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional machining experience.
• High school diploma or trade school certification.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 12:30 AM).

Nice to have

• Experience with CNC machining.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining setups with minimal supervision.
