Salary: $17.07 - $21.11 per hour

What you will do

• Operate HAAS CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Load and unload parts and manage machine programs.
• Perform tool changes and adjust machine offsets as required.
• Monitor production processes and report issues to the team lead.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain high accuracy standards.
• Complete operator preventative maintenance tasks during the shift.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to ITAR regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility.
• Ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 pounds.
