Salary: $17.07 - $21.11 per hour

What you will do
- Operate HAAS CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Load and unload parts and manage machine programs.
- Perform tool changes and adjust machine offsets as required.
- Monitor production processes and report issues to the team lead.
- Ensure on-time delivery and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Complete operator preventative maintenance tasks during the shift.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to ITAR regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility.
- Ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measuring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 pounds.
