What you will do

• Perform setup, teardown, and operation of 4-axis CNC machines and Cincinnati Milacron equipment.
• Execute tool adjustments and replacements to maintain production quality.
• Produce parts according to technical specifications, including deburring and cleaning.
• Conduct quality checks and first-piece inspections to ensure compliance.
• Maintain productivity levels according to established standard rates.

Requirements

• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm, Mon-Fri).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Requirement to wear safety shoes on the production floor.
