What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive business growth and communicate the company vision.
• Lead regular business reviews to align with scaling customer needs.
• Build and execute strategic account plans to hit growth and retention goals.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support account renewals and multi-year commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide proactive product feedback to the Product Council.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS Sales environment as an account manager.
• Proficiency with Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to understand client business needs and educate them on product value.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to travel up to 30% for on-site client meetings.
• Thrives in a fast-changing environment with aggressive goals.
