Enterprise Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating sales pipeline and building the foundation of the sales team with an accent on thoughtful prospecting efforts and account research. Focus on generating outbound business pipeline with the ultimate goal of closed won business.
Location: Denver, Colorado, United States. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hub location.
Salary: Hourly On-target Earnings (Denver, CO) $82,000 - $97,000 USD

What you will do
- Generate new business pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting efforts.
- Create interest through multi-channel, personalized outbound outreach, including cold calling, LinkedIn and email.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline, using multithreaded approach.
- Conduct thorough research to create the most effective outreach strategies with each account.
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality as it relates to your book of business.
Requirements
- Experience in a world-class outbound sales development role (9 - 12 months preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to self-motivate, prioritize and manage unstructured time.
- Personable, a clear and direct communicator, and can make connections with both prospects and internal teams.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with change.
Nice to have
- Track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline at a SaaS company, selling into Enterprise businesses (for clarity, this is a business with >15k employees).
- Experience using sales tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator or equivalent sales tech stack.
- Created successful outbound email messaging to source your own meetings with prospects.
- Consistently met or exceeded your quota in an outbound sales development role.
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action.
