What you will do

  • Execute systematic plans to identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the product suite.
  • Develop detailed territory and account plans to exceed revenue goals and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Create customized proposals and contracts that align company offerings with customer business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business requirements, project updates, and issue escalation.
  • Lead regular business reviews to present usage insights, ROI, and product adoption strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex B2B/B2C SaaS accounts in a subscription model.
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion goals.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Experience coordinating between internal teams and external agency partners as an account 'Quarterback'.
  • Ability to navigate global accounts, including diverse time zones and cultural differences.
