What you will do

• Define and monitor key payment KPIs through automated reports and dashboards.
• Analyze payment and user data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities.
• Investigate payment performance, including decline reasons and conversion patterns.
• Build and maintain reporting tables, data models, and visualization structures.
• Present clear, actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure payment data accuracy and consistency across the business.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in payment, billing, or transaction analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for extracting and transforming complex datasets.
• Practical experience with dbt and data visualization tools.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Ukrainian: Fluent required for day-to-day team communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Python.
