What you will do

• Drive business performance through proactive analysis, sharp reporting, and actionable insights for leadership.
• Own and evolve data pipelines to ensure data is fresh, accurate, and trustworthy.
• Build and maintain dbt models serving Growth, Finance, and Product teams.
• Translate complex data findings into clear narratives that influence strategic decisions.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and champion continuous improvements in data quality.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of dbt (models, tests, documentation).
• Proficiency in writing Python scripts for data transformation or pipeline tooling.
• Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle and paid acquisition metrics.
• Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on understanding the 'why' behind data trends.

Nice to have

• Experience managing ingestion pipelines or using orchestration tools like Airflow.
