What you will do

• Maintain and improve core GTM dashboards, data models, and semantic layers.
• Train and optimize BI tool AI models to ensure accurate, context-aware natural language queries.
• Partner with data engineering to build pipelines and close data gaps.
• Surface account intelligence and engagement signals to help GTM teams prioritize actions.
• Develop data models for ROI calculation and revenue forecasting.
• Build and curate the GTM knowledge base to power AI workflows and self-serve data literacy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or revenue operations.
• Fluent SQL proficiency including joins, window functions, and aggregations.
• Hands-on experience building workflows or automations using LLMs.
• Strong understanding of CRM data structures, specifically Salesforce.
• Ability to operate at the boundary of data and tooling with knowledge of APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments or fintech industries.
• Proficiency with dbt, Snowflake, or similar data stack tools.
• Python or scripting skills for automation.
• Experience with Omni or similar modern BI tools.
• Structured approach to prompt engineering.
