Salary: $120,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Ensure platform alignment with business strategy and provide consultative technical leadership.
• Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation for existing and new solutions.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of platform integrations.
• Resolve technical escalations and manage defects across the platform.
• Participate in process workshops and assist in migrating configurations across instances.
• Define and manage complex process or product issues using independent judgment.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America or Canada and available during EST working hours.
• 12+ years of total experience with 8+ years of relevant architectural experience in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow certification (Application Developer, CSM, CIS, CTA, or CMA).
• Proven experience in configuration, customization, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow APIs, MID servers, and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and policies.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundations Certification.
• Experience with business value justification and financial modeling for IT investments.
• Knowledge of vendor management principles.
