What you will do

• Design end-to-end solutions translating existing enterprise workflows into architectures where humans and agents collaborate.
• Lead business process redesigns and recommend organizational changes beyond the software platform.
• Identify leverage points for agentic workflows and design reliable handoffs for production environments.
• Navigate organizational complexity, building coalitions and managing stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level.
• Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures to extend impact across multiple engagements.
• Stay accountable for outcomes through the entire delivery process, adapting designs as customer realities evolve.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record of leading complex engagements at the VP and C-suite level.
• Practical experience designing agentic workflows, including model selection and prompt architecture.
• Background in professional services or management consulting with accountability for statements of work.
• Experience with enterprise-scale complexity, including thousands of users and strict compliance/security requirements.
• Must be based in the US (West Coast preference)
