What you will do

• Define the architectural vision and roadmap for managed customer engagements (COEs).
• Shape the transition from sales to delivery by defining solution intent and required skills.
• Partner with Technical Program Managers and Technical Leads to ensure delivery remains true to the architectural roadmap.
• Identify and bring in deep specialists for specific technical needs like ESM or migration.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders including CIOs and CTOs.
• Create reusable architecture frameworks and contribute to internal IP and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or delivery leadership.
• Deep expertise in delivering enterprise Atlassian solutions with complex security and governance requirements.
• Proven track record of shaping multi-workstream engagements and guiding customers through technology change.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure), APIs, SSO, and identity management.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear, executable roadmaps and solution designs.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture, ITIL Expert, SAFe, or DevOps.
• Multiple Atlassian Certifications (ACP, Atlassian Certified Master).
• Experience with AI adoption and agentic workflows.
